Fair lender with great customer service and app

When I was repairing my credit rating Zopa offered a higher rate than high street banks but it was always the lowest rate available to me. They actively notified me when I became eligible to move balances to a much lower interest loan. App is great, customer service good too. Zopa are outstanding thus far

From the moment I accessed the app I knew Zopa were a completely different solution from other providers. The app is intuitive and contains lots of useful information. The Credit cushion is genius. Credit scoring info is accessible and supportive insights are provided. Additional lending availability is clear but not forced on you. AND they make it easy for you to pay them back and owe them less. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025
