Wish I had switched sooner.

Wish I had switched sooner. For once I feel good about what my money is going towards - in line with my values. Transparent investments, great updates on where the money is going, and also incredible customer service - no more waiting on the phone for hours for me. And the app is good. Couldn't be happier. So excited to finally have an ethical transparent bank

I am so pleased to have changed my bank to triodos. I dithered about changing banks for years because I was worried it would be complicated, but it was really easy, and they have been fabulous. I love how transparent they are about where my money is invested, the app and customer service is good ( I haven't needed to use it much), I love the card, and for once I look forward to emails from my bank to hear about all the lovely projects my money funds. It has really transformed my relationship with banking, and I read their updates and listen to podcasts. It is wonderful to finally find a bank that shares my values, such as community, not investing in arms or fossil fuels, tackling the climate crisis, and restoring nature among others.
