Monzo does modern digital banking right

I switched from Natwest as their banking app and customer support was poor. Their online services were convoluted. Monzo is much simpler and makes it easier to track my finances. They embrace digital and do it properly, they keep the experience simple and straightforward. Instant notifications on your phone are a bonus. Reviewed on: 8th February 2025
