Why i give monzo 5 out of 5

Monzo is brilliant for. Brining new ideas to banking (examples being the 1p saving challenge, virtual cards etc) if I have had to contact monzo support they have managed to resolve my query. You can also chat to them over the phone or by text chat service within the app and there's also a security feature where you can check if you are legitimately speaking to an advisor. I would rate monzo 5 out of 5 very good bank. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025
