My son had a rooster card so his parents and grandpa...

My son had a rooster card so his parents and grandparents could deposit money for him to spend. He was at college one day and tried to buy himself lunch and the card was declined. They said he had reached his spending limit. I was never told there was a limit. It is his own money and he could not access it. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025
