The app is slick and user friendly.

The app is slick and user friendly. Being able to help give money independence to my teen has been crucial in helping him take that next step in to the world. I have seet up a star account for my other boys who like to see their star tally go up. Being able to add specific chores has been good. One drawback is not really being clear on how to add money to the Rooster account; there are a few ways which can be confusing. I have already recommended Rooster to friends and family. The Child app is a good introduction to banking. The times I have needed to contact customer services, they have been incredibly responsive and answered my query with speed and accuracy.
