Nice app but terrible customer support

Getting support from a human requires entering a secret phrase into the FAQ just to open the support form, then getting past an AI assistant which has yet to give a helpful answer. Once you've got a support conversation open, replies typically take most of a day, you get bounced to a different member of staff on every reply, and nobody seems to read the rest of the conversation so you have to constantly repeat yourself to make any progress.
