2 Weeks for Payment to Reflect in Available Credit

I escalated to customer service manager, and he said "it's in the terms and agreement," while mentioning the 48-72 is for it to reflect in balance, but not available credit. So, I am essentially loaning Paypal my money for 2 weeks. When I would ask a question, he would say "would you like me to send you the terms and agreement?" I explained, this occurred after making a payment of $3200 instead of my intended $320. I immediately realized my mistake and tried to cancel the payment when I received "system is currently having issues" message. When I logged out and went back in, I did not have the option to cancel. This is not how a credit card company works, and have never had this happen in over 30years of using credit cards. Do NOT look at Paypal Credit as anything like any kind of credit line or credit card you've ever used. They have things they need to fix. Buyer Beware! Reviewed on: 18th February 2025
