Love what Triodos represents but still work to do.

Reasons for not giving higher ratings: 1. Takes too long to get replies into secure messages. 2. Not having a singular case manager when issues arise. My complaint was not thoroughly understood therefore my point was not understood which means it was likely rushed and I don’t have the time to challenge the outcome and further explain. 3. Security checks are a little inconsistent. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
