Easy to use account. Pushes direct debit and other features more than is helpful if you are just wanting to use for savings. Reviewed on: 24th February 2025

Reply from Plum Hi. Thank you for the feedback! The key difference with the Plum app is we use automation to help our customers get on top of their finances. Many of them say that's what they love most about the app. But we know that's not for everyone, and now give people the option at the start about whether to connect their bank account or not if they just want to use the app for a specific reason.
