Review of the Plum, Easy access savings:

I came across Plum: Savings Account on a social media platform. After struggling financially for years (for lots of reasons). I thought let’s give it ago. The Plum: Savings Account has helped me save more money than I thought was possible with my income at the time. The app is easy to use and it’s easy to transfer to money once set up. The Plum Savings Account also showed me what my outgoings are and the subscriptions signed up for that I thought had been cancelled, but were still going out of my account so has enabled me sort out my finances which I’d never noticed on my banking app/paper statement. The Plum: Savings Account also allows me to organise my money it separate folders called ‘pockets’. There are ‘challenges/rules’ such as The 52-Week Challenge rule which designed to help you set aside up to £1.378 in one year by saving £1 in the first week, £2 in week 2 and so on which you can opt in and out whenever it suits you. You can also organise separate rules if you find yourself in your overdraft. I’m so glad to have come across this app it’s really helped me over the last 6 years.
