I swapped from a 'bricks and mortar' bank to Monzo...

I swapped from a 'bricks and mortar' bank to Monzo a few years ago and at first I was apprehensive about using Monzo as my main and only current account with it being online only but now I couldn't go back to a traditional bank! I have encountered issues when purchasing items in the past and had to report through my account and customer service responded almost instantly to my queries. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
