I’ve never needed a customer service agent

I haven’t had to use Plums customer service, and that is probably because the app itself is so easy to use and helpful. Without any real effort or struggle I have managed to build up investments and savings. Plum is my autopilot financial buddy. I recommend it to my friends all the time! Absolute no brainer as there are saving and investing options for everyone at every stage of life. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
