Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent. Staff is helpful, competent and easy to reach. The bank doesn't invest in industries that harm people or the planet. Those choices help to improve the uncertain future of planet earth. They choose to invest in local and national companies that make a difference to the local community. They are completely different from most banks that support wars and weapons' sale (like Barclay's), as well as fossile fuels industries. I wish more banks were like Triodos. We would have a better and safer world. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
