Suits me have been amazing the last 3 years that I have had my account with them. Never had an issue. Always friendly customer service, fast bank transfers, easy app to use and quite cheap. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Great until my bank account change.

I’ve never really had a bad experience but when my account was upgraded I had trouble changing my direct debit details. Some wouldn’t change it as they didn’t support the bank although i never had a problem with my last account. And the fact I had to ring or go on line and change them all myself even though I didn’t ask for a new account I just needed a new bank card. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
