I find it a reliable bank, however the app can be a...

I find it a reliable bank, however the app can be a lot more better to function without so many glitches (not being able to authorise payments without needing to shut down and restart the app, or needing to delete the all together), access to apply pay would be helpful; and the customer service being so slow to answer.
