An excellent, ethical bank

I have found Triodos Bank to be extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. They are quick to keep customers informed of changes. On the phone, the customer service advisors actually listen and come up with solutions. The online banking is clear and user-friendly. Best of all, they are an ethical bank, supporting environmental projects and having values that I share, rather than being purely motivated by profit. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
