Monzo is one of the easiest banking apps and what is amazing the app and ease doesn't make it feel like banking. I love the design and features. I just set up a joint account with my partner and it was done within 2 minutes. The ease of use and taking the pain away from the customer. We can see Monzo is a modern customer centric app!
