Not had a good experience so far. It’s almost impossible to get in contact via telephone and live chat. The waiting times are ridiculous. In fact, I think I’ve only been able to speak to somebody via phone or live chat only once. I’ve had to either put the phone down or disconnect the live chat because I’ve been in a queue for over an hour and still have not made contact with an agent. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
