Ethical and hassle free banking

Just an ethical and hassle free banking experience. Their transparency of their fees, and their investments we're why I signed up, but genuinely super grateful to have a reduction in spam mail compared to the high street banks; and I've also had to call in for help a handful of times and each time their teams have been super fast and efficient.
