Lack of intelligence in your employees

I have called customer service three times and also emailed regarding Money that was taken from my account when it was not possible to spend money that isn't in the account to be told that a purchase from Aldi is the reason for this, absolute nonsense as I can't purchase anything without the money in the account at the time so to tell me this is not correct I can't spend 50p if it's not in the account let alone go shopping for £12 if the funds aren't in the account, that would mean that I have a overdraft available on the account which we both know that there is not, and still I have not received the refund!!!
