Worse bank provider should be shut down.

Worse banking provided I’ve been waiting over 72hours for customer service to respond. Suits me manipulate customer into giving good reviews by exploiting money to win which isn’t good as this bank shouldn’t be open. I’m currently opening an bank account with Lloyds Bank as they provide the most outstanding services to customers and they clarify everything unlike suits me , suits me had lied and said their bank cards will be able to be connected to Apple Pay which is a lie as every time I’ve tried to add my card, Apple Pay tells me my card doesn’t support” I would like for suits me not to win as they scam customers by not allowing customers to reverts bank to the normal subscription of not paying £5 a month, which gets taken randomly without warning!
