Brilliant. Been using them a little over a month. No issues. Everything is very clear, nice and easy to open the account. Arranged overdraft fees have such small charges. Love that everything all notifications and everything are in actual real time. The interest earned I've also found is actually better than the high street banks. The only reason I still have my high street bank is the blue rewards, coz I basically get 3 quid a month for nothing from them. Would have moved fully to starling I'd it wasn't for that. But I just get my blue rewards and move almost everything to starling because it is just better and easier to use Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Have already recommended and got friends on board with plum Because I love and belive in then. As someone who already works in a financial institute, if plum hq was closer to me is be applying to work with them because I love their integrity and what they stand for. In around 9 months I've saved over £1000 that I would have just spent elsewhere. Never noticed the money leaving, and always surprised when I check my savings balance. The customer support is second to none, and I love how you don't have to stay connected to the chat when you need to 'speak to a human' means you can get in with your day and check back when you have a chance to. The forums that plum have on Facebook, for their savings, investments and money saving are truly unique too, means all us plumsters can chat, get advice etc then on top of that plum listens to what their customers want and what features will be beneficial to us, the user's. Plum has had some minor problems, like everyone does, but instead of sweeping it under the carpet, plum and the CEO come on the forums and give an update, are clear and upfront and tell us what they are doing to avoid the issues again. Never have I ever dealt with such a financial institute like plum before. The features are brill, the staff are brill and they're open to our ideas, and honest when a problem occurs. If plum did current accounts I'd already be there. Well done plum, you bloody deserve this!! Reviewed on: 16th January 2019
