I can’t rate customer care other than neutral because I completed everything online and had no need to speak to anyone. The online application is easy as is the procedure for the transfer of funds. They offered a good interest rate for the fixed term I wanted. Hopefully at the end of the term I will be able to reinvest or remove monies just as easily. Email communication thus far has been good and on point. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
