I've been using Triodos Bank for my current account for two years, and it's been a really positive experience. One of the main reasons I chose them is because of their strong commitment to sustainability. It’s reassuring to know that my money is supporting projects that have a positive impact on the environment and society, which aligns perfectly with my values. The app is another highlight. It's user-friendly, intuitive, and has everything I need to manage my finances on the go. I can easily check my balance, make transfers, and track my spending – it just makes banking a lot simpler. Recently, I had to change my name on my account, and I was really impressed with the customer service. The whole process was handled quickly and smoothly, and the team was very friendly and supportive throughout. It made what could have been a stressful task so much easier.
