Five star customer service

Very attractive and competitive interest rates from a well respected bank. Felt confident in opening fixed term accounts on a number of occasions over the years. In fact, have used no other bank for this type of account. Very informative on account details make it easy to make decisions on the right type of account. Five star customer service.
