Easy to use app, very competitive interest rates.

Easy to use app, very competitive interest rates for savings. Informative and helpful customer service available via several routes, although in reality I have rarely needed to use their customer service as their communication by email is very pre-emptive and informative. I have invested savings with them for the last two years and chose to keep money with them on the maturation of my fixed term savings account. The freedom savings account offers a good interest rate with full access to my money. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025
