Outstanding values and great customer service

They have outstanding values, and the regular emails let me know what projects are being invested in to improve the lives of communities and look after the planet - I feel like I am contributing in a positive way to society by banking with Triodos. Whenever I have had to contact them, I have been able to speak to a friendly member of their team without having to wait long, and they have given great customer service, been reassuring and able to resolve my issue over the phone. I look forward to accounts for children re-opening this year, as I would like to begin an account for my young daughter and be able to show her how her money can help others.
