Fast and efficient

In a crazy world I managed to talk to someone straight away who sent me to the right place completed and returned the form and received a telephone call to talk me through options and put help in place all within a week Under the extreme circumstances we are all under this is outstanding and all while some close friends of mine had still not managed to get through to there provider well done Chorley Building Society Reviewed on: 23rd April 2020

Friendly, approachable and professional

We can't praise the team at the Chorley enough. Unlike some lenders, who pre-judge requests by simply crunching data and profiling customers, The Chorley always listen and make assessments based on real circumstances. Mortgage holiday request

Due to the current climate we asked the chorley for a 3 month mortgage holiday. The process was quick and simple with everything being approved within 24 hours. Everyone we spoke to were brilliant.
