Excellent Service

I needed to make a call to Chorley BS regarding a slight issue with an ISA transfer, and the service I received from Julie was fantastic. Firstly, the call was answered quickly, then Julie listened to my problem and went above and beyond to help. I was concerned when I initially called, but felt much happier having spoke to Julie.
