Some of the best things about TRIODOS for me

Part of my frustration these days, and not just with banks, is that it's very difficult to actually get through the automated choices and dross music to speak to someone when there's something I need help with. I've always managed to get through to customer service really quick with TRIODOS and once I have the assistants are genuinely friendly and seem to enjoy their work which I hold as a testament to the fact that they actually enjoy working for this bank.. I'm also happy to have found a bank which invest 100% in ventures which I'm enthusiastic about and that absolutely none of my money is being invested in the war machine and dirty fossil fuels etc. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
