Great for Daily Use, but Concerns About Support

Overall, Revolut is a very good option for everyday usage — fast, convenient, and user-friendly. However, I do have concerns when it comes to keeping large amounts of money in Revolut accounts or deposits. The lack of physical presence and the reputation of their customer service raise some doubts about safety and support in critical situations. I’ve heard multiple stories from users who had their funds unexpectedly blocked, and getting in touch with someone for help was either extremely difficult or took a long time, with a complicated process involved. That makes me a bit hesitant to fully trust it for larger sums. Also, one practical concern: if I lose my phone, what happens then? How easily can I access my account or reach out for help in that case? In short, great for daily use, but I’d be cautious about relying on it as a primary bank or savings solution.
