Pros and cons

Pros: • Currency exchange: very competitive exchange rates, great for travel. • App: clean, user-friendly, and gives you good control over your finances. • Multi-currency accounts: easy to hold and manage different currencies in one place. • Physical and virtual cards: quick to set up, and sometimes free depending on the plan. • Extra features: like Vaults (savings), cashback, spending analytics, and access to crypto or stock trading. Cons: • Customer support: sometimes slow or unhelpful, especially with more complex issues. • Free plan limitations: some features are only available on paid plans. • Account freezing: there have been cases where accounts were temporarily frozen for verification, which can be frustrating.
