Poor customer service

Their customer service is actually terrible. to say its a company based in Bradford I think their call centre is in Africa some where. Apparently they need to investigate a £250 contactless payment on a card that was reported stolen. Communication can be difficult at best, not due to any language barrier (they speak much better English than I can their native tongue) but the accent is hard work. they can not give any time scale on investigations. i would not recommend this company to my enemy.
