Disgraceful customer service and payment App.

You offer me a credit increase for £3100 then when I apply I am told I need give proof of income so I send a copy of my pension then get another reply to provide more evidence so I phoned your customer service to be told you can’t accept proof from my bank statement which is beyond belief so I then informed the advisor to cancel my application. Your payment app is an absolute joke I have used it several times to pay my monthly payment which has taken me numerous attempts and up to an hour for it to finally work. I am then told the App is through Nat west not yourselves, so I suggest you get your act together and sort it out. I have never missed a payment and always on time. I have paid my outstanding balance in full and as of 16/04/25 I have closed my account and don’t wish to have any dealings with Vanquis again. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
