Locked out of app aborad not helpful customer service

When I was living abroad, they locked me out of the app so I couldn’t pay the balance, I was in a restrictive country so couldn’t call the phone line, they charged me a late fee on £10 balance of £25 and damaged my perfect on time payment record. The email customer service was not helpful and took 2 weeks to respond for every email. I could only resolve it once I had got back to the UK where they did refund the charge but still left damage on my credit rating. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
