I have no issues with my account at all and I do appreciate that every now and again Vanquis will send me details of where to go if I am struggling. I appreciate that proactivity. I also appreciate that the service is generally very good and they are always willing to listen and help resolve issues. Their mobile app is excellent. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
