I’ve had my Vanquis card for some time now and despite some of the problems that I have had ie getting my money back from customers who have not delivered my goods, I’ve got on the phone to Vanquis customer service and they have always helped me to get my money back. No problem is too big or too small. I’ve also been very close to reaching my limit on my card but they have never hassled me to pay my balance off. I’m all good now though, cleared my account and keep my account pretty low. Thanks again Vanquis Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
