I've been a customer of Vanquis for years and...

I've been a customer of Vanquis for years and overall it's been a very positive experience. If I had to pick anything that could be improved it would be the quality of the mobile app. Singing in when switching to a new device can be quite frustrating as it doesn't always work - specifically when sending the confirmation code email (it just takes many attempts to get one to actually come through). The actual experience with my credit card, getting credit increases, paying my bill etc has all been fairly normal for a credit card. The customer service is really great!
