35% to 55% equals a loyal customer lost!

I've been a customer for several years and have always been generally happy with Vanquish. That all changed when Vanquish sent me an email telling me my interest rate was going up from 35% to 55%. I immediately cleared the outstanding balance and closed my account. This move made by Vanquish caused Vanquish to lose a loyal customer. I'm just one person, the mind boggles thinking about hiw many other customer Vanquish just lost with these interest increase tactics. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
