Absolutely brilliant when I had heart attack

Always used vanquis and just looked at them as any normal credit card company. Until I was unlucky enough to have a heart attack. This is when vanquis came into their own. They were simply brilliant in the way they dealt with me when I called them putting me completely at ease over my payments and suspending them. After that they left me alone to recover and just sent me aletter wishing me well. Due to this attitude of treating me as a normal person who was having a problem and not someone who owed them money that needed tp be collected i will always be a customer of vanquis. Any company that treats a customer like this deserves nothing but praise Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
