Poor Customer Service, really poor

My wife and I have been deeply disappointed with Triodos Bank’s customer service. Despite its ethical reputation, we’ve faced slow responses, unhelpful staff, and unresolved issues—even for simple requests. The lack of urgency and care has made banking with them frustrating. For a bank that claims to value people and transparency, the reality has been the opposite. We expected better support but now regret choosing Triodos. Until they improve, we cannot recommend them.
