Great value overall.

Great value overall. The 15-month balance transfer offer is excellent—I transferred a balance I was paying interest on, and everything has gone smoothly so far. The only downside is the technology and mobile app, which could use improvement. It's also a bit concerning that customer service can see your secret word. I believe they should invest more in their tech. That said, everything else has been great, so this doesn't affect my overall rating. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
