Much better experience than I thought it would be!

The app provided works extremely well and is also easy to follow. This extinguishes the need to constantly call Vanqius. However, recently I had to call due to my ipad being compromised in some way resulting in unknown and unauthorised purchases being taken out of my Vanqius account. I panicked and called customer services. I was immediately reassured and made to feel calm and relaxed within 1 minute of speaking to an advisor. Needless to say they solved the issue within 10 mins and refunded the unauthorised amounts quickly. I also received an email and letter in the post 3 days later explaining everything to me and what had occurred and was again reassured. I am dealing with so many stresses with my wife being terminally ill at home and that anything like this would leave me stressed and panick stricken. Although I believe the interest rate could be lower I will still remain with Vanqius through the professional and kind way I was looked after. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
