Vanquis are fantastic, they do not chase you constan...

Vanquis are fantastic, they do not chase you constantly for payments, they do send remainders which I find helpful to! Staff whenever I've spoken to them via tel have always beeen polite and helpful. They once sent me a message to check I was ok as I had not made a lump sum payment which is unlike me! I thought this was brilliant as it was of genuine concern for myself and not just chasing me for cash to be paid back. I've never had any problems and will continue to use Vanquis & recommend to friends. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
