Such a shame because it was a brilliant company

Vanquis use to be a brilliant company for customer service they have now outsourced customer service and it's totally diabolical, you don't get the same service. Sometimes it's difficult to get the agent to understand what you want. They don't understand the culture and just read from a cheat sheet and their understanding and use of English is very poor Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
