I have over paid on awful service and still on going

I have over paid on my credit card and I’ve been trying to get the funds back. The whole process has been painful and even after a month it is still on going. The intonation passed from one caller to the next is inconsistent and frustrating. I’ve now been told I have to identify myself again even when my password has recently been updated and was fine. Honestly the experience is awful so far. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
