No marketing gumf and excellent customer care.

They never inundate me with marketing nor irrelevant offers. Vanquis' customer care is excellent as my first hand experience showed. My order of brake discs and pads went missing and to quote the carrier "probably stolen by staff" of the carrier. Retailer and carrier refused to investigate but Vanquis stepped up and sorted everything out for me. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
