I pay for premium but the extra charges annoy me

I pay for premium but still get charged £1.09 on transfers, puts me off using the account. The user interface is good, easy to use. Making a transfer is good. When withdrawing cash you charge £0.79 even if you don’t make the withdrawal, terrible feature. A lot of my issues stem from the way you charge for using the account, just give me one bill per month as all these little charges ruin the experience. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
