bad experience

I was very excited when I started working with your bank and as soon as my account was opened, I transferred money from my other account to your bank and a transfer fee was charged. I was shocked. I had only made a transfer between two of my accounts but this happened. I said okay and stopped using the suits me account. Also, I cannot access the bank application. I always have problems. It should definitely be improved. I am sure that this comment will not make me 1,000 pounds but this is my real experience unfortunately. Thank you. I hope the errors are corrected and you become a more useful bank and I would like to be informed when the errors are corrected. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
